Associate, Agency Recruitment (Agency Distribution)

Support the Agency Recruitment function by providing intelligence and insights on recruitment matters to facilitate planning and decision-making.

Monitor and follow-up on agency recruitment strategy action plans.

Address agency doubts, concerns, and problems faced by agency members and assist in overcoming these issues.

Organise and support all agency recruitment activities.

Encourage agency members to focus on recruiting new agents.

Assist the agency force in training agents for promotion to future leaders.

Support and participate in all launches and events.

Organise and implement formal platforms for interaction among agency members to foster teamwork through meetings and gatherings.

Track recruitment pipeline and progress.

Support and contribute to the ideation and execution of recruitment strategies and activities to achieve goals.

We are looking for people who

Possess a tertiary qualification in any field.

Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Have knowledge in Marketing, Sales, and Distribution.

Possess good communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
