Job description

We are seeking a competent Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This candidate should have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office software, and strong communication abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  2. Performs daily filing of documents
  3. Assists employees in arranging travel itineraries, including flight and hotel bookings, transportation arrangements
  4. Assists in monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
  5. Handles incoming calls and emails
  6. Arranges and coordinates meetings and events
  7. Undertakes any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
  1. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  6. Excellent team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  7. Basic understanding of HR and accounting processes is an advantage
