About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer engagement and the development of new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, proactively reaching out to generate new leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers
  • Negotiate, close sales, and manage the sales process from inquiry to final transaction
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients to convert inquiries into sales
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions to showcase properties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the sales process
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Knowledge of the property development industry (an added advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
