Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in sales activities to achieve established targets, such as roadshows, exhibitions, networking events, etc.
  • Make cold calls and follow up on leads diligently.
  • Understand our products thoroughly and be able to present and advise professionally to assist customers in their decision-making process.
  • Promote and sell properties, securing business from both existing and prospective clients through relationship-based approaches.
  • Coordinate SPA signing and loan applications for buyers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding project updates and new launches.
  • Manage and input data into the system, producing relevant reports as required.
  • Support marketing activities of the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property development or equivalent.
  • Experience in selling retail, factory, corporate office, or high-end residential properties.
  • Able to work in Sepang.
  • Strong interest in sales.
  • High integrity, proactive, results-oriented.
