Responsibilities

• Resolve a broad range of procurement support-related problems, manage AOS escalations, and lead creative solutions to ensure AOS stability.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships, including MOQ management, supporting the end-to-end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/processing, rescheduling/pull list management, shortage closure, on-time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangements, and defective parts management to avoid impacts on customer and Keysight operations.
• Support revenue maximization and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Lead and support process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, add value, improve business performance, and pursue continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for this level.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple escalations and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
