Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Process sales transactions and bookings for the confinement centre’s services.
Respond promptly and courteously to all customer inquiries and concerns, whether by phone or in person, and redirect calls as necessary.
Provide clients with detailed information about our offerings, packages, and policies.
Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations as needed.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle post-service feedback or complaints professionally.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
Minimum SPM or equivalent; related field experience is preferred.
Experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
Providing excellent customer service to new mothers, families, and visitors; training will be provided.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably within healthcare or hospitality industries.
Ability to multitask; a compassionate, organized, and proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the confinement care industry or related healthcare services is preferred.
Fluency in English and Mandarin; effective communication in both languages is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
