We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales teams across the globe - US, Europe, and APAC.

If you are highly driven with a proven track record in building and growing business revenues in the SaaS or creative tech industry, you may be the right fit for us! You should have built strong networks and possess a large clientele list to help scale our customer acquisition and growth objectives quickly.

Your role involves developing and designing sales and business development strategies, tactics, and plans, introducing innovative structures, processes, and tools, and building a winning team.

The Job:
  1. Work closely with marketing, product, and creative departments to enhance the company's offerings.
  2. Lead and direct the sales team to exceed revenue, profitability, and budgetary goals.
  3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for growth.
  4. Identify gaps and implement interventions to improve competencies, structure, processes, and tools for an effective sales organization.
  5. Oversee sales forecasting and set performance goals.
  6. Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales talent.
  7. Analyze sales data to formulate go-to-market strategies.
  8. Review and approve terms of business with clients.
  9. Build strong relationships with clients and deliver creative solutions.
  10. Monitor market, customer, and competitor activities and provide feedback.
  11. Prepare sales reports on volume, potential, and expansion areas.
  12. Manage regional sales budgets effectively.
  13. Seek collaboration agreements to achieve marketing objectives.
The Person:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in global sales or related fields.
  • Preferably with e-commerce, IT, or SaaS experience.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Willing and able to travel internationally.
