About the role

You will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs that support marketing and branding initiatives. What you'll be doing

• Conceptualize and execute innovative print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging designs.
• Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity across all assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends to enhance visual communications.
• Support and guide junior design team members as needed.
• Ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and translate requirements into effective designs.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Keen aesthetic sense and creative vision.
• Familiarity with print production and file preparation.
