Position: Senior Manager or Assistant General Manager – Finance

Age: Not more than 50 years old. Prefer Chinese.

Job Description:

1. Provide leadership, direction and management of the group finance and accounting team at subsidiary companies.
2. Support senior management with financial information and analysis for decision making.
3. Manage forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, financial and tax planning, compliance with accounting standards and tax regulatory requirements for the group and its subsidiaries.
4. Consolidation of Financial Reporting for plants located in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
5. Prepare monthly EXCO reporting (financial and analysis).
6. Prepare Quarterly report for BOD (financial and analysis).
7. Drive financial improvement and budgetary achievement at subsidiary level.
8. The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA or any equivalent accounting professional qualification.
2. Minimum 6 years working experience in a senior managerial role with experience in manufacturing finance/accounting. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years audit experience in an audit firm.
3. Positive and can-do attitude, good business partnership skills and possess good communication skills.
