Job Summary:
- Availability to work: Monday to Friday mornings
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM4,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall sales activities and identify new local and international business opportunities aligned with company strategies.
- Update customers on new products.
- Prospect, manage, and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, aiming to grow sales.
- Address customer concerns and queries.
- Assist R&D department in developing new products according to specifications and timelines.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor and control outstanding payments to minimize bad debts.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to support informed decision-making.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and create marketing materials.
- Manage social media accounts and monitor online presence.
- Organize sales and marketing documentation systematically.
- Prepare and submit quotations timely.
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems.
- Coordinate with production for planning and delivery schedules.
- Manage customer orders and deliveries.
- Market and promote company products actively.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales activities and performance.
- Understand and explain product benefits to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding product quality or service issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive or vacuum/thermoforming sectors.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Willing to work six days a week and travel outstation.
- Own transportation required.
- Team player with leadership qualities, values such as discipline, integrity, customer focus, and trust.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills across all organizational levels.
