Job Summary:
  • Availability to work: Monday to Friday mornings
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM4,000/month
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage overall sales activities and identify new local and international business opportunities aligned with company strategies.
  2. Update customers on new products.
  3. Prospect, manage, and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, aiming to grow sales.
  4. Address customer concerns and queries.
  5. Assist R&D department in developing new products according to specifications and timelines.
  6. Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  7. Monitor and control outstanding payments to minimize bad debts.
  8. Research market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
  9. Analyze data to support informed decision-making.
  10. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and create marketing materials.
  11. Manage social media accounts and monitor online presence.
  12. Organize sales and marketing documentation systematically.
  13. Prepare and submit quotations timely.
  14. Maintain up-to-date filing systems.
  15. Coordinate with production for planning and delivery schedules.
  16. Manage customer orders and deliveries.
  17. Market and promote company products actively.
  18. Prepare reports and presentations on sales activities and performance.
  19. Understand and explain product benefits to customers.
  20. Resolve customer complaints regarding product quality or service issues.
  21. Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
  • Age between 25 and 40 years.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive or vacuum/thermoforming sectors.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team.
  • Willing to work six days a week and travel outstation.
  • Own transportation required.
  • Team player with leadership qualities, values such as discipline, integrity, customer focus, and trust.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills across all organizational levels.
