Strategic Human Resource Consultant/Project Analyst

Being a business and Strategic Human Resource (SHR) Consulting firm with 26 years of establishment in Malaysia, we are seeking suitable candidates (Senior Executive/Assistant Manager level) to work closely with our dynamic SHR team. The role involves managing designated consulting projects for our diverse clients, focusing on areas such as Culture Transformation, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Training and Development.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure that assigned client projects are executed effectively and efficiently, working collaboratively within the team.

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in computer skills, with hands-on experience in human resource software programs
  • Strong business writing skills in English and BM
  • Data analysis and presentation skills
