Summary

This role is responsible and accountable to drive commercial execution in market as per set calendar. Supporting Trade Activations in the region and supporting Regional Sales Managers to achieve their business goals. Managing & plan for activation, execution, sampling & events activities. Leading the Regional Trade Activation Executive & Trade Activation Specialist to ensure world class execution in market.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Support Regional Sales Managers and achieve business goals through trade activation initiatives. Responsible for activation planning, execution and sampling events planning across channel.
  • Managing Regional Trade Activation Executive & Trade Activation Specialist in terms of their Key Performance Indicators, capabilities, discipline and human resource related issues.
  • Responsible for all events activity sponsor by company.
  • Custodian for Market Intelligence Reports.
  • Contribute to the Company's goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance.
  • Ensures all internal and external correspondence is in accordance with the Company requirements.
  • Maintains safe and healthy working environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ideally 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing Operation within FMCG.
  • Communicating for Commitment: remove potential internal/external barriers to integrate different operational areas.
  • Collaborating and Good Interpersonal relationship: require high level of interaction with multiple departments, guaranteeing a clear communication on the business needs. Inspire commitment to the purpose for other areas.
  • Convincing: have the ability to convince managers at many levels (higher and lower) on best plan to achieve company goals.
  • Drives Innovative Business Improvements: Develops new insights into solutions that result in organizational improvements.
  • Balances Immediate and long-term priorities: Seeks to meet critical objectives while considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the ability to achieve long-term goals.
  • Delivers Results: Focuses on the critical few objectives that add the most value and channels own and others.
