What this job involves :

1. Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure the building services and store equipment are working in good condition.
2. Carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan.
3. Monitor third-party contractors and ensure adherence to safe and legal routines.
4. Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy.
5. Maintain equipment according to risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues.
6. Maintain engineering store area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe access.

Requirements

• Chargeman A4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.
• Customer-oriented, a team player, able to work independently, and possess good interpersonal & leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
