1. To manage all manufacturing function
2. To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer
3. To manage daily production and continuous productivity improvement
4. To manage Fab capacity, bottleneck management
5. To ensure the daily quality output met
6. To ensure the optimum layout and capacity
7. Support yield improvement and development activities
8. To ensure safety and discipline in the Fab
9. Support meeting company's quality and reliability goals

Requirements

Education required: B.Sc. in engineering disciplines

Years of experience: More than 5 years working experiences in the semiconductor environment

Skills / Abilities: Knowledgeable in high volume and aggressive production environment
