About the role

As an Admin Assistant at Dayangcond Engineering Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our office operations. This is a full-time position based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor, where you will work closely with our team to ensure efficient administrative processes and exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining and organising office supplies, equipment, and other resources
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling any ad hoc matters requested by management
  • Compiling work done reports
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
