Join our team to provide technical support in the Web/Mobile/Game, Software/Information Processing, IT/Telecommunications, and Consulting sectors.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective assistance to customers, resolving support tickets and technical inquiries efficiently.
- Prioritize and manage support tickets to meet the company’s established service level expectations.
- Possess the necessary technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to company products & APIs.
- Complete tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Preferably candidates with 1 year of experience in technical support.
- Skills: Able to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve .Net/C#/API application issues; basic practical knowledge of C#, .Net, and API; good communication skills; disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines; organized multitasker.
