Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will play a key role in maintaining supplier relationships, optimizing procurement strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain.

Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and onboard Chinese-speaking suppliers capable of meeting company needs.
  2. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  3. Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to uphold quality standards.
  4. Review and analyze contract terms to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
  5. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
  7. Continuously evaluate and optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and supplier capabilities.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues such as project managers and designers to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with procurement objectives.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and support project delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Preferably 3-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain. Fresh graduates may be considered.
  3. Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with suppliers.
  4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Fluent in reading and writing in Mandarin is preferred.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  7. Experience with procurement software is a plus.
