Job Title: Sales Manager (B2B) - International Luxury Skincare Brand

Location: Malaysia

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our international luxury skincare brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our business-to-business channels by establishing and nurturing relationships with beauty salon and hotel accounts across Malaysia. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and the ability to deliver exceptional client service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with beauty salons and hotels across Malaysia.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to demonstrate products, educate on the latest skincare solutions, and reinforce brand values.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop tailored promotions and events that align with client needs and drive brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategically position our brand in the market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, sales results, and market conditions to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience and handle any client issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the luxury skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong network in the Malaysian beauty and hospitality industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region.
