Planning Officer/Executive (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)

About the role

We are seeking a driven and organized Planning Officer/Executive to join our dynamic team at Unisteel Technology (M) Sdn Bhd. This full-time position based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, involves playing a pivotal role in the production, planning, and scheduling functions of our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
2. Liaise with various departments to coordinate materials, resources, and logistical requirements to support production.
3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on production planning and performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
6. Provide support for special projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
