Job description

As an Engineer - NPI, you will be responsible for performing design, process, and material optimizations to ensure robust NPI introduction. You will also need to perform Technical Risk Assessments on NPI projects. Additionally, oversee all commercial aspects including RFQ, NPI / MP Launch, scheduling, coordination, and payment follow-up.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with PM, Manufacturing, PE, Test, Process, QA teams on NPI project schedules.
• Maintaining sustainable customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, thereby supporting business growth.
• Communicating effectively and executing customer deliverables successfully.
• Leading projects and operations to meet internal and external KPI targets.
• Conducting regular business reviews with customers.
• Coordinating internal resources and external customers for flawless project execution.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Developing detailed project plans shared with clients and staff.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assisting in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Enhancing presentation skills for internal and customer meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant project management experience in manufacturing industries.
• Essential skills include NPI knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, including with senior management, customers, suppliers, and factory personnel.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel for BOM analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
