RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting the Marketing Manager to generate new leads through various social media channels and to expand the customer base.
2. Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer demands and competition analysis.
3. Assist in organising marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
4. Attend to sales enquiries and to walk-in customers and prospects at the sales gallery.
5. Follow up and assist purchasers with the completion of sales transactions including loan applications.
6. Follow up and liaise with lawyers, bankers etc. to ensure smooth flow of sales process.
7. Prepare sales report and perform administrative duties as required.
8. Develop promotional and sales strategies as part of a team.
9. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Candidates without a degree or diploma but with relevant experience in sales and customer service are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (allowance provided).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
