Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is looking for a Quality Control Clerk to manage QC documentation and coordinate testing processes. The ideal candidate will have at least a diploma in a related field and good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English. This role involves working closely with production and logistics teams to ensure quality standards are met, and the candidate should be willing to work 5.5 days a week in Tebrau.

  • Minimum 1 year of clerical or admin experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control; precast or concrete experience is a plus.

Job description

Update and maintain data in QC systems such as ERP or PIS (e.g., work orders, product tags, test results, inspection records, material reports).

Prepare and organize QC documents, reports, and test records (e.g., cube test results, delivery inspection forms, batching records).

Coordinate with the lab to ensure timely testing and report submission.

File and manage QAQC documents for easy tracking and reference.

Work closely with production, QC, and logistics teams to ensure all quality documents are ready before delivery.

Help prepare monthly QC summary reports as needed.

Follow ISO standards for document control.

Support in audits, customer visits, and internal quality checks.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Administration, Quality, or related fields.

At least 1 year of clerical or admin experience (experience in manufacturing or construction is a bonus).

Basic knowledge of quality control; precast or concrete experience is a plus.

Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Melayu and English with production and QC teams.

Ability to work 5.5 days per week.

Must be willing to work in Tebrau.
