[salon]718 Remote Call Centre Agent

[salon]718 is looking for a Remote Call Centre Agent to assist our Guest Services team.

This is a part-time position with 15-20 hours/week, paid at USD $10-12/hour depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all guests calling & emailing the salon. They should have excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills, with experience working at a Hair or Beauty salon.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest services – answering calls and booking guests for appointments, cancelling/rescheduling as needed, responding to email requests for bookings/changes, and assisting with matching clients to their best Stylist.
2. Online Reputation – assisting the GM with managing customer experience issues and responding to online reviews.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience working in a Hair or Beauty salon.
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient.
4. Excellent communication and writing skills.
5. Ability to work 9 am - 7 pm Eastern Time on Fridays and Saturdays.
6. Experience with Phorest Salon software or similar program is an asset.
