About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team at RIVAS-JH KIM TAEKWONDO. In this full-time role based in Selangor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and files.
  3. Assisting with the processing of orders, bookings, and payments.
  4. Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating with management.
  5. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures.
  6. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the students and parents demographic.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Proficient in using office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
  5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  6. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
