We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee Infrastructure & Network Technology initiatives. This role involves managing multiple projects while ensuring seamless execution. Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and facilitation skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  2. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily team operations, ensuring system availability and performance. Drive employee development and promote a collaborative work environment.
  3. Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction, network stability, and continuous service improvement. Conduct client governance meetings to improve client experience and showcase NOC performance based on SLA/performance metrics.
  4. Customer Escalations: Manage escalations and own the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring SLA adherence and prompt response to customer needs.
  5. Strategic Management: Oversee IT service delivery, support, and reporting to senior management. Implement change management strategies and support teams in adapting to changes.
  6. Interpersonal Skills & Flexibility: Maintain strong communication skills and be flexible to support multiple regions as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or 5 preferred).
  2. 7+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects.
  3. Expertise in routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, RIP).
  4. Experience leading and managing IT teams.
  5. Strong background in IT service delivery, network technologies, SaaS applications, and collaboration tools.
  6. Relevant certifications (highly desirable): CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, ITIL, PMP.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
