Qualifications

Job description

Company Background:

We are representing a leading real estate agency recognized for its property management and valuation expertise, looking for a Finance Manager to be based in Damansara.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages the finance team that prepare timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with reporting policies and requirements for the Group of Companies (in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore)
  • Responsible for all financial matters including forecasting, budgeting, financial analyses, liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and all banking related matters
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting (include full set of accounts) in a timely manner
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, half year and annual closings
  • Ensure timely submission and payment to statutory/regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulation
  • Ensuring adherence to statutory law and financial regulations
  • Maintain proper accounting controls
  • Guide, plan, assign, and support a team of accounts staffs
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions in accounting system (Dynamic 365 and SQL Accounting).
  • Monitoring and managing cash flow (include reviewing Accounts Receivable Aging and ensure payment to Accounts Payable in a timely manner)
  • Other tasks, roles and responsibilities that may be determined by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
  • Minimum 7 - 8 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in written and conversational English

Job Details:

  • Permanent employment
  • Working hours : Mon - Fri (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
  • Travel allowance provided
  • Medical & hospitalisation benefits provided
  • Office is near to Damansara MRT station
