You will play an important role such as:

• Provide sound solutions on commercial matters.
• Draft, review or negotiate agreements, contracts and other documents.

What you’ll need to have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Preferably 1 to 5 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial matters.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines.
• Good analytical skills, meticulousness, business acumen, and resourcefulness.
• In-house and/or Corporate secretarial experience is advantageous.
