We are looking for a diligent and organized Admin Assistant to support our operations department. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Description

  1. Accurately input financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
  2. Assist in maintaining and updating bookkeeping records.
  3. Record and reconcile petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  4. Process and verify company credit card expenses reimbursement and receipts.
  5. Support the finance team in preparing reports as needed.
  6. Maintain proper filing of financial documents both digitally and physically.
  7. Perform general administration, clerical work, and ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
  8. Assist in communicating and coordinating with China suppliers for purchasing activities.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Prefer SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field (Fresh graduate).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Willing to learn and have a positive working attitude.
