Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project implementation and meet client requirements.
• Oversee project schedules, cost projections, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure compliance with building codes.
• Ensuring that throughout the construction process, the project meets regulatory standards.
• Overseeing building contractors and construction crews.
• Visiting the site regularly to ensure the project remains on time and within specifications.
• Develop and manage a proactive communication to keep contractors informed about project progress and conditions

Requirements And Skills:

• Minimum degree or accreditation in architecture.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing, planning, and executing construction projects.
• Experience in construction detailing and specification development.
• Knowledge of building materials and methods.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Knowledge of construction management.
• Requirement : Immediately
