The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing the recruitment process and handling disciplinary matters in line with company policies and local labor laws. This role ensures timely hiring of qualified talent and supports a healthy, compliant, and performance-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer management.

• Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

• Source candidates through various platforms (job portals, social media, referrals).

• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.

Disciplinary & Employee Relations

• Monitor employee conduct and support supervisors in addressing performance or behavioral issues.

• Assist in investigating misconduct or policy violations; prepare necessary documentation.

• Organize and participate in disciplinary hearings and meetings.

• Draft warning letters, disciplinary notices, and termination letters when necessary.

• Ensure all disciplinary procedures comply with labor law and internal policies.

• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and work towards fair resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and employee relations or disciplinary handling.

• Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive employee issues with tact.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI platform
