Job Descriptions:

1. Execute procurement events and sourcing functions according to approved SOP and tender procedures.
2. Manage all purchase requisitions and tender processes from initiation to award within specified timelines.
3. Evaluate and recommend tender awards to secure the best deals for the company.
4. Handle incidents, complaints, or queries from users to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and SOPs.
6. Analyze purchasing practices, market trends, and customer requirements; conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and supplier negotiations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
7. Perform supplier performance evaluations and maintain a competitive supplier pool through outreach.
8. Ensure timely renewal of contracts with proper planning and monitoring.
9. Communicate effectively with involved parties to keep them informed and updated.
10. Maintain a clear audit trail with proper record keeping.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant procurement, e-bid, or sourcing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
