We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Research Analyst to support the planning and execution of research projects across various industries. The ideal candidate will take ownership of key research deliverables, guide junior team members, and ensure the quality and accuracy of data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. This role combines hands-on research capability with exposure to IPO-related research and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Systematically compile, cleanse, and organise data into structured formats to ensure precision and reliability.
2. Execute both primary and secondary research across multiple industries with accuracy and relevance.
3. Conduct insightful qualitative and quantitative analyses, including the formulation of sound assumptions and parameters.
4. Prepare well-structured, professional research reports and business plans, incorporating clear and compelling data visualisation.
5. Generate strategic insights and propose high-quality, client-focused solutions.
6. Take accountability for the successful execution of assigned research projects.
7. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and value delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in market research, preferably with exposure to IPO-related projects.
• Proficiency in market estimation and modelling is an added advantage.
• Possesses strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Skilled in crafting well-structured, insightful narrative reports in English.
• Resourceful and tenacious in sourcing and verifying data.
• Capable of framing and solving complex analytical challenges.
• Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Adaptable to diverse industries and markets, with sound commercial judgement.
• Effective at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
