Job description

• Attend daily dispatch duties.
• Safely and promptly deliver goods, packages, or documents to specified locations within the assigned area.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of goods during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
• Obtain necessary signatures and receipts from recipients upon delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery, recipient's name, and any other relevant information.
• Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and responsible driving.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers or recipients.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status or any unforeseen delays.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, such as sorting packages, organizing delivery paperwork, or supporting warehouse operations when needed.
• Duties cover Singapore region on rotation basis.
