A leading company in IT services is seeking a Medical Sales Executive to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations. The role involves conducting product presentations, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a diploma or degree and at least three years of sales experience, particularly in medical equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular visits to medical facilities for product presentations and follow-ups.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of medical devices and equipment.
Educate clients on product usage, benefits, and technical specifications.
Join doctors in OT rooms to demonstrate and guide on product usage.
IT Sector Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients via cold calling, networking, referrals, or digital outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and IT decision-makers.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
Analyze and respond to Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation, and Expression of Interest.
Prepare and submit tender documents including technical specs, pricing, compliance statements, and certifications.
Track tender timelines and follow up on bids.
Meet or exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in assigned territories or verticals.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess at least a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Science and/or Marketing, or have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
Strong negotiation skills are essential.
Own transportation with a valid driver’s license is required.
Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a pleasant personality.
Experience in selling medical equipment to government and private hospitals.
Experience in selling IT software and services is also relevant.
