Job Description for Finance Executive at Shangtai Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

Company Overview:

Shangtai Technology was established in September 2008 and successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December 2022. As an emerging anode material supplier focusing on artificial graphite, we emphasize autonomy and integration in our products.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Executive to manage daily cash transactions, bank reconciliations, and support month-end closing processes. Fluency in Mandarin is required to coordinate with our China counterparts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process daily cash receipts, deposits, withdrawals, and petty cash transactions.
  2. Verify and record incoming/outgoing payments (cash, checks, electronic transfers).
  3. Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile discrepancies.
  4. Monitor bank accounts, process wire transfers, and update transaction logs.
  5. Issue receipts, invoices, and payment vouchers accurately.
  6. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve payment inquiries.
  7. Assist in month-end closing by providing cash flow documentation.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal controls and cash management policies.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, audits, full sets of accounts, and consolidation reporting.
  • Proficiency in KINGDEE Cloud and Excel.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English.
