Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager Finance at Hong Bee Group. As an Assistant Manager Finance, you will be responsible for various day-to-day finance tasks, including financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an on-site role located in Georgetown.

Job Description

  1. Handle the full set of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash book, and general ledger entries.
  2. Assist in supervising a team of accounting staff across multiple entities and diverse industries.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly management accounts.
  4. Continuously assess and enhance financial reporting processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.
  5. Perform comprehensive financial analysis of company performance, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and treasury operations.
  7. Prepare income tax estimations, annual tax computations, and tax expense analyses yearly.
  8. Liaise with various stakeholders, including professionals and regulatory authorities.
  9. Assist in ad hoc assignments and any other related tasks as assigned.
