The Data Analyst should have a strong background in business and marketing data analysis, capable of developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance the user experience on the Senheng app.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and preferences to support app development and marketing strategies.
- Create and assemble dashboards using current data provider platforms for respective business units.
- Build predictive models in collaboration with data vendors to forecast user behavior and engagement.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the user experience on the Senheng app.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to identify and prioritize data-driven decision-making opportunities.
- Communicate insights and findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with data vendors to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Manage the building of predictive data models for various business units in partnership with data vendors.
- Create visualizations and other data representations to effectively communicate insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, focusing on integrating data from Google Analytics and Customer Data Platforms.
- Proficiency in GA4, Customer Data Platform Analytics, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
