To perform monthly closing of accounts and prepare a full set of accounts, including Group consolidation accounts.

Ensure timely preparation of the Group consolidated accounts in compliance with applicable financial reporting standards and Bursa’s listing requirements.

Perform analytical reviews on financial performance.

Prepare Group budgets, cash flow forecasts, and projections.

Review tax computations of subsidiaries.

Assist and support the Group Financial Controller in the overall operation of the Finance Department and supervise accounting staff.

Provide support for the analysis of financial reports.

Assist in developing or improving operational systems, policies, and procedures.

Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, other business associates, and relevant authorities.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

Possess a recognized degree in Accounting or a recognized professional accounting qualification.

Have at least 6-8 years of relevant work experience, including prior experience in external audit.

Experience in external audit and managerial roles is an advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
