Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1. Analyze and track average selling prices (ASP) across product lines, customers, and regions.
2. Assess the impact of price changes and identify contributing factors.
3. Collaborate with product line managers and sales teams to validate and ensure accuracy of price changes.
4. Monitor and maintain the PowerBI pricing dashboard for insights on pricing trends and performance.
5. Develop AI-driven models or statistical analyses to optimize pricing strategies.
6. Work with IT to address data errors and ensure dashboard accuracy.
7. Provide detailed pricing analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
8. Support the sales finance team in driving pricing initiatives with actionable insights.
9. Present findings and recommendations to finance and business leadership.

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, AI, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Pricing or Financial Analyst.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing or financial analysis.
4. Proficiency in PowerBI or similar tools is a plus.
5. Knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting, and analysis.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle and Hyperion is a plus.
