Temporary Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (Contract 6 months)

Responsibilities:

  1. Attending to all incoming or outgoing calls appropriately and courteously; handling basic inquiries, transferring phone calls, and taking messages for related staff/department.
  2. Attending to all guests and visitors’ inquiries at the reception counter.
  3. Managing correspondence; sorting and distributing mails, couriers, and faxes to respective persons/departments.
  4. Maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk and reception area.
  5. Assisting the Admin Department in administrative matters (stationery, office maintenance, etc.).
  6. Assisting the Human Resource Department in HR-related matters.
  7. Organizing and maintaining proper filing and record systems.
  8. Performing any other related or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1 year of similar working experience.
  2. Knowledge of telephone operation systems (PABX) and good telephone etiquette.
  3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Computer literate and capable of multitasking.
  5. Resourceful with a pleasant personality and appearance, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Duration Period: Contract for 6 months.

Additional Info:

  • Work schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm).
