Qualifications

Job description

Job Description
  • Manage repair item handling control in-line and outline processes.
  • Conduct Maintenance Check Sheet (MCS) confirmation.
  • Perform workplace safety and 5S checks daily.
  • Implement safety, 5S workplace improvements, and near-miss activities.
  • Verify destination change operations during actual changes (receiving and using correct parts).
  • Provide on-job training to workers as needed.
  • Evaluate worker skills (operators and multitaskers) monthly according to workstation requirements.
  • Conduct Critical Process Checks based on standards (OI, self-check card, main points, MCS, etc.).
  • Perform OI compliance checks once a month per workstation or 100% checks during startup for capacity changes.
  • Check quality issues (GR/INSP) and investigate for corrective actions.
  • Prepare line start confirmation (line arrangement, attendance, part arrangement, 4M confirmation).
  • Manage production capacity changes and operations.
  • Follow up on NG defective improvements (assembly line).
  • Conduct start shift briefings sharing safety, quality, delivery updates, and achievements.
  • Prepare daily production reports (attendance, output, quality rate, etc.).
  • Conduct end shift briefings sharing safety, quality, delivery updates, and achievements.
  • Contribute to production KAIZEN activities (individual, group, QCC competitions).
  • Handle disciplinary actions, including worker interviews and counseling.
  • Manage worker productivity through DTS data collection and improvement activities.
  • Perform SKYF analysis for quality issues, customer claims, new model destinations, or improvements.
  • Ensure production documents are up-to-date and properly established.
  • Investigate line stops through gemba checks (WIP, root cause analysis, etc.).
  • Manage worker attendance and leave records in the ESS system.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
  • Implement IMS policies (ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, ISMS) and conduct stock counts as scheduled.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, or equivalent in Engineering fields.
  • Preferably at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Preferably non-executive experience in manufacturing/production or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
  • Two full-time/permanent positions available.
