Job description

2-5 years experience as a personal driver. (Experience driving Alphard preferred)

Possession of a valid driving license, to be presented at interview.

Demonstrates discipline, punctuality, and good attendance.

Responsible for driving the designated person to appointments, meetings, or outstation trips as required. Ensure timely daily pickups from residence to office and other destinations as instructed.

Perform additional tasks such as picking up and delivering items and running errands for the family as directed.

Ensure personal safety and security of passengers and vehicle. Maintain passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential.

The driver is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle as follows:

• Maintain and ensure interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle daily.
• Report immediately any problems or defects in the vehicle for prompt rectification.

The driver shall strictly adhere to the Company’s rules, regulations, policies, directives, and instructions.

Keep all vehicle documents and licenses in place when driving any vehicle.

Observe Traffic Rules and Regulations, including the maximum speed limit as prescribed by the Road Transport Department.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking top management.
