Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full spectrum accounting functions, financial reporting, and supporting key finance operations in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timelymonthly management accountsin compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory tax regulations.
  • Overseedaily accounting operations, including billing, collection, claim verification, payments, fund transfers, bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and general bookkeeping.
  • Generatemonthly management reports, analyzing variances between actual performance, budget, and previous year’s results.
  • Execute variousoperational finance functions, supporting day-to-day financial activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of theannual budgetand support ongoingbudget control and monitoring.
  • Performcash flow forecastingand ensure continuous monitoring and control of company liquidity.
  • Assist withaudit, tax, company secretarial, andbanking matters, acting as liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions.
  • Review internal accounting and operational procedures, andrecommend improvementsto enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Undertakead-hoc assignmentsand projects as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications/Requirement:

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Knowledge in prior audit, Microsoft Office and AutoCount will be added advantage.
  • Has good command of English and is able to communicate effectively to various levels of people, internal and external.
  • Able to work under pressure and proactively meet deadlines.
