Job description

REQUIREMENT :-

• Malaysian citizen (Male preferred)

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Own transport (Car/Motorcycle)

• Familiar with GPS navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze, etc.)

• Experienced in driving various types of luxury cars

• Knowledge of roads and neighborhoods, especially in Klang Valley

• Physically fit with a good medical record

• Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy with high integrity

• A polite and professional disposition.

• Ability to remain calm in high-traffic situations

• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays if required

• Willing to travel outstation when necessary

• Preferred candidates residing in Shah Alam, Setia Alam, or Klang


RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Collect and deliver legal documents, court filings, and other materials to
clients, courts, and government agencies.

• Ensure the secure and timely handling of confidential documents.

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the company Director, their
family, business partners, and associates.

• Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and weather.

• Adhere to all road safety regulations, including speed limits and traffic
laws.

• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles, including
routine checks on tire pressure, engine condition, and fuel levels.

• Schedule regular vehicle servicing and report any issues promptly.

• Keep records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and travel logs.

• Assist with general office administration and operational duties when
required.

• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the employer.
