Key Responsibilities
- Retail Operations Support
- Monitor daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance across all outlets.
- Coordinate stock transfers, inventory levels, and replenishments with warehouse and store teams.
- Assist with new store openings, closures, relocations & Events
- Visual Merchandising & Branding
- Ensure all outlets follow the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and seasonal displays.
- Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Track outlet sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide support in implementing sales strategies and improving KPIs
- Work closely with the marketing manager to achieve sales targets.
- Staff Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between headquarters and outlet staff.
- Coordinate retail staff schedules, training sessions, and meetings.
- Address and escalate operational or staffing issues in a timely manner.
- Customer Experience & Support
- Monitor customer feedback and assist in resolving customer complaints.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in retail operations or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel to different store locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in multi-outlet retail operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail analytics.
- A team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
