Full job description

  • Generate Sales: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means. Continuously expand the customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to meet those needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Analyze and adapt to market trends and competition.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from finding a potential lead to closing deals, including negotiation, contract signing, and after-sales support.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management regarding sales activities and achievements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and effectively communicate brand messages.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Able to work under pressure in Shah Alam office.
  • Able to lead Sales team with good communications with all level of people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Cert or Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration/ Marketing or relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Experience in F&B Majority market.
  • 2 years experience in recruiting & handling product stockiest, agent & drop-shipper
  • 3 years experience in Sales offline & online.
  • Experience in closing sales thru social media posting, comment & DM’s.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • recruiting product stockist, agent & dropshipper: 2 years (Preferred)
  • handling product stockist, agent & dropshipper: 2 years (Preferred)
