Job summary:

• Availability to work on the following mornings:
  1. Monday
  2. Tuesday
  3. Wednesday
  4. Thursday
  5. Friday
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
• Expected salary: RM2,500 per month

Job Scope:

• Plan and assign shipments according to customer routines.
• Ensure logistics operations comply with trade regulations and procedures, and that all shipments are handled smoothly and timely.
• Arrange transportation for export and local deliveries.
• Handle trade compliance documentation such as shipping invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents for import, export, and local shipments. Maintain proper filing systems.
• Coordinate shipment movements and provide shipping documents and details to customers.
• Liaise with forwarders to schedule pickups and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Customs departments regarding import and export under ZPB/LMW procedures.
• Possess knowledge of and ability to use SAP.
• Understand Incoterms and their application in shipping.
• Work towards achieving supply chain management strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
