An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Manager/Assistant Manager for Business Development. In this role, you will craft strategic initiatives aimed at financial growth while conducting feasibility studies for new projects. Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships with potential clients and partners, managing business development meetings, and preparing impactful proposals. To develop business development strategy for the Group Company that focuses on financial gain for the group.
To assist in carrying out preliminary feasibility and viability studies for new project proposals and to identify potential new projects.
To arrange business development meetings with prospective clients.
Manage, conduct research, and prospect for new investors/partners/businesses to ensure a robust pipeline of engagements within the market.
To build strong relationships and rapport with government officials, authorities, potential clients, and partners.
Preparing concept papers, proposals, and presentation materials for new projects.
To evaluate business plans and proposals submitted by others on joint venture basis or potential business partners.
To promote the Company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Studies, Environmental Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
Familiar with local regulations regarding business ventures and investments.
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in Business Development and Marketing.
