Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: RM3,500 - RM4,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and explore new business opportunities across various industries.
  2. Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
  3. Develop sales and marketing strategies to expand customer base and market share.
  4. Conduct customer visits, deliver presentations, and promote products.
  5. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to align strategies.
  6. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company's brand.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on activities, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
  8. Assist in tendering processes and proposal preparations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
  • Exposure to engineering-related industries (HVAC, water treatment, construction, or semiconductor industries) is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.
  • Own vehicle and valid driving license; willing to travel.
  • Fluent in Malay, English, and Mandarin (preferred).
