Job description

Record to Report (RTR) team and play a key role in supporting month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliation, and process improvements. This role is ideal for candidates with basic accounting knowledge, strong initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness & efficiency of the RTR function based on OKRs (Objective Key Results).
2. Deliver month-end close activities for the assigned entities accurately, timely, and efficiently.
3. Collaborate with the RTR Assistant Manager, team members, and other internal stakeholders such as SSC and country finance teams.
4. Ensure smooth transition of new tasks from the Country Finance Team to SSC RTR, including proposing process enhancements to increase efficiency.
5. Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
6. Participate in and support process improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in general ledger month-end processes.
3. Shared services experience is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (intermediate/advanced).
5. Proficiency in Oracle system is an advantage.
6. For fresh graduates: minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, active in varsity extracurricular activities.
7. Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA from a recognized institution are advantageous.
8. Preferably 6 to 12 months of work experience excluding internships.
